I bought a size S a few years ago and this year decided I could use a size M--the S still fits, but you know how life gets! Anyway, I had to return the M because I much prefer the original design from 2022. The waist on this one is weirdly tucked in, which I found far less flattering that the softer waist definition on the original. I had to return it as a result. Still, the sweater is incredibly soft and comfortable, so warm, and just so functional. Both had faulty zippers, which got stuck at the bottom, causing me to have to pull it over my head. The zipper wouldn't go up or down. Then Kuhl refused to give a refund even though it was their product that was faulty!! Poor Customer policy. I love the look, feel and easy movement with this jacket. It is warm without being bulky. I especially love the two way zipper. I up-zip the jacket for much more freedom of movement when I’m active. Like other reviewers, I had to return the first jacket I purchased for a zipper that worked both ways. It would not unzip from the bottom. Customer service was great and they sent me a new one right away. However, after a few wears, I can no longer completely unzip the jacket. It zips up.
