I love this shoe. I was looking for a Metcon when I came across these, and I'm happy with my decision. They are flexible like a regular Nike Free, but I think they're more comfortable. There's not lot of support, but then again they're not meant to be a distance running shoe (and I would never go out for a run in these for that reason). I think they're perfect for people who like a lot of versatility in the gym. I wear them for quick runs, Crossfit workouts, and lifting (not super heavy - I'd have Metcons for that). They're really comfortable and lightweight and they stay on my feet really well. Overall a great shoe for the gym-goer! I got the white/black ones and I love them a lot!
