I am a 6.5 in all my other Sorel shoes. All in all I will have wasted $18 in shipping if I return these and get the size 7.5. Or, I'm out $12 if I just return them. I tried calling customer service to see if there was a shipping credit they could give me, since the sizing is so inconsistent on their part, but they were very unhelpful. I forgot how bad Sorel customer service and exchange policy are. The black metal piece holding the strap in broke (twice) on my right shoe (as shown in my pictures). I had tried super gluing the first time since the piece hadn't broke all the way off, but the second time, the piece snapped completely off. They were super comfy shoes and I loved wearing them but can't wear now since the strap isn't able to stay on. You should consider sizing up a full size and not just half a size. I normally wear a 9.5 in all my other sorels, but these apparently I would be a10.5.
