Until I bought these. Don't even waste your time. My warranty was denied due to normal wear and tear but how are you going to call this normal when every other pair I've owned, over 10 pairs, has held its condition. Well the company never exchanged these for me and kept mine and never gave me any credit back. This happened to my co worker too. The coupon code was for 1 free pair of eggs, no rules or restrictions listed on the card. So ugg made up their own rules and kept my shoes. This is not right, a company as large as they are should honor these gifts. Why give them out if they don't want to honor this....also customer service was not helpful, not the ladies fault she said she isn't given access to help me or pass me on to someone who could, so a dead end. I have shopped with this company for years and now I won't be but I am sure they do.
