SHIPPING RATE EXCEPTIONS

• Ammunition Shipping: A flat rate of $9.99 per 10-box increment will be applied to your ammunition order. This fee is in place of our standard shipping charges.

  • For Example:

    • 1—10 boxes = $9.99:

    • 11—20 boxes = $19.98

    • 21—30 boxes = $29.97, and so on.

  • Please note that ammunition cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box; a physical address is required.

• Firearm Surcharge: Select firearms can be shipped to your local SCHEELS store for a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee.

• Additional Shipping Surcharges: Some large or oversized products may incur an additional shipping fee. This surcharge, is calculated based on the item's size and weight and may include, but is not limited to:

  • Basketball hoops, grills,, ice shelters, fishing rods, large exercise equipment, etc

Route Shipping Protection: Route shipping protection can be added to your order to cover common shipping issues such as lost or stolen packages and damaged items. The premium is based on the order total. This is optional and can be removed by the customer at checkout.

DELIVERY METHODS

• Store Pickup: Most orders will be ready in just one hour. We’ll send you an email as soon as your items are ready for pickup. When you arrive, please bring your order confirmation and valid photo ID. Pickup orders are held for 10 days before being refunded and returned to the sales floor.

• Shipping: Your order will ship to the address provided, as long as it’s complete and compliant with all applicable laws. We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view tracking information here. 

  • Please check your tracking for the most up-to-date delivery estimate.

  • Please note that some LTL and firearm shipments may not receive a tracking number.

  • Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. 

• Gift Cards & E-Gift Cards

  • E-gift card: Sent to the recipient’s email immediately or on the scheduled send date.

  • Mail gift card: Sent via standard USPS mail; please allow 5-10 days for delivery. A tracking number will not be provided.

SHIPPING TRANSIT & DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

• Expedited and Express orders ship via FedEx or UPS. Not all items are eligible for Expedited or Express shipping methods.

• Oversized (LTL) items are delivered by LTL freight carriers.

• Scheels+ Partner:  May require additional processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery window will be available in cart. 

• Ground Ship Only: Certain items, including hazardous, flammable, and oversized products, as well as items that ship directly from a vendor, require standard ground shipping.

• P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO orders will ship via USPS or UPS SurePost. Expedited and Express shipping are not available for these addresses.

Ammunition, firearms, and other restricted products are subject to federal, state, and local laws. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your area. All ammunition purchases require age and address verification.
