I bought a new 200 plus dollar ninja creami and it came and the first red flag was that the box was haphazardly taped up, from there the jars are visibly used and have cuts all in the inside and the lids are greasy. The machine itself has some cuts in odd places that doesn't seem like it came from handling. I'm so disgusted and disappointed that they lack integrity to sell quality with the price point of their products. I have only had it for two weeks and I have made chocolate ice cream and slushies .the ice cream is great and tastes amazing and doesn’t bother my stomach like store brands do. The slushies taste almost better than the store. My kids love them. I had to buy several different syrups to make them happy. I suggest buying more tubes so you can freeze them and have them ready for when you want them. Didn't breakup the mix ins. The recipe used too much milk to ice cream ratio and was basically flavored milk. This machine doesn't chill or freeze anything. It only blends stuff together. Waste of money.
