ARC Precision Ultimate Annealer
18115-ARC-ULTI-FULL
The ARC Ultimate Annealer offers unparalleled control and consistency for your cartridge case annealing needs. This advanced system comes complete with an automatic case feeder for seamless operation, though you can also feed cases manually one at a time.
At the heart of the ARC Ultimate is its revolutionary MHT (Multi-sensor Heat Technology) system. Unlike other annealers, MHT uses an array of five thermal sensors to simultaneously monitor the annealing process at multiple points on the cartridge case – including the neck, shoulder, or body. This allows for incredibly precise temperature control at a specified location.
The real power of MHT Technology lies in its ability to account for case-to-case dimensional variations. This means the ARC Ultimate doesn't just apply a uniform heat to every case. Instead, it individually adjusts the induction for each cartridge, ensuring it reaches the exact user-specified temperature at the desired location. Once that temperature is achieved, the annealing process is instantly halted, and the case is released. This results in unmatched case-to-case consistency, a level of precision crucial for achieving optimal performance and neck tension.
To get you started, ADG will publish starting-level annealing settings for all calibers they produce, allowing you to achieve a "factory" anneal right out of the box. From there, you can easily experiment and fine-tune the settings to achieve the perfect anneal level for your specific load and desired neck tension.
