The second time I wore them I noticed the left screw that holds the arm on was falling out. Took them to two Maui dealers, neither could fix it. Call Maui Jim, \"oh, thats an alignment issue, you'll have to send them in\" Cool. Won't have them for my trip to Colorado. Send them in, pay for overnight delivery. Yeah, you won't have them back for at least 5-7 days. \n\nTold them to keep them. They obviously need the money. Just threw away a bran new pair of guardrails also because they had no screw on one of the arms and broke when I caught them falling off my face. \n\nThey do fit well though, and much better than Wayfarers for wider faces. This is the second pair that I had the same problem with. The screw that attaches the arm to the sunglass frame has fallen out within a week of the purchase. The first time it happened, I thought it was no big deal and let’s go back to the Maui Jim store where they repaired them right away. Now that it’s happened again, I’m starting to believe it’s a common problem. I was actually thinking about returning them because they were sliding down my face. But then I noticed I could bend the frame to fit my head and now they fit perfect! Beautiful glasses. Great lenses. And now, perfect fit.
