I used about 150 nails and put it away for about 6 months. I just tried to use it and I get lound clicking and then both lights alternate flashing on the mode selection. I have read some and most say I have to send it in to be repaired. I don't understand how sitting on a shelf caused it to fail. Bought a box of nails worked great for the job I bought it for. Still looks brand new used it a had full of times afterwards. Haven’t even used the full box of nails now won’t shoot a nail maybe one every now and again. Love Milwaukee tools all I have but this nailer isn’t ready to be sold needs worked on so it doesn’t cost you more money then it should. I have a Gen 1 Palode Impulse gun and it’s good too but butane cartridges are expensive and if you don’t use it all up it goes to waste. I bought this nail gun July 5th. I used it to build a 12x26 porch if that puts into perspective how much the gun was actually used. I bought a box of 750 Paslode 30* 3” nails. Half way through the job something internally “gears or something “ stripped out causing the gun not to work at all. I thought it was a jammed nail so i took the magazine off to inspect witch was not the case. I reassembled the gun, tried shooting another nail and now the battery lights flash on and off constantly. Im a big Milwaukee guy love there tools but the 30* Nail gun needs to be reevaluated. Needless to say i only actually probably shot roughly 250-300 nails before the gun took a crap. Not sure what to do next, but I would love if someone from Milwaukee would reach out and help me solve the problem. The Milwaukee® M18 FUEL™ 30 degree framing nailer sets the new standard for cordless framing nailers. It has a nitrogen spring mechanism, POWERSTATE™ brushless motor, and REDLINK™ Intelligence, providing pneumatic performance and cordless convenience. The framing nailer can sink full round head nails into dense engineered lumber to tackle the most demanding framing applications. To increase productivity and efficiency, the framing gun fires 3 nails per second with zero ramp-up time, firing a nail as soon as the trigger is pulled. The cordless framing nailer uses only Milwaukee's REDLITHIUM™ batteries (not included) and sealed compressed nitrogen to drive each nail, eliminating the cost of gas cartridges and associated maintenance.
