With light use the four mounting points crumbled. I had the system for more than a year before I noticed the damage so I was outside of warranty. I purchased a replacement food processor attachment directly from ninja's website and it was sent using UniUni which appears to be some cut rate delivery service. Tracking indicated delivery attempts were made, but cameras at my home show they were not. The tracking information never did indicate it was delivered, and now the tracking number doesn't even pull up in their system. I reached out to support through the ninja website and haven't received a response in the indicated time. This is not the first bad experience I've had with a ninja kitchen appliance but it will be my last. So as it was under warranty, called the company and found this model Extractor blade is out of stock for many weeks. So if buying this unit, ask them for second Extractor blade or you will have to be like me, wait for months before they stock up, hopefully with a better quality.
