Weber Q Grills Compact Stand

It looks solid and should hold up better than the roll cart I bought 6 years ago. Easy to assemble (using a Phillips screwdriver). I was wondering what the two set of four holes were for in the shelf? Is there some kind of bracketing that get attached to it for a different model of the \"Q\" Weber Grill? Also, included in the packaging there was a black strap with a hasp, with a hole in it so it could be secured some where. My previous Weber stand had wheels and was portable. I live on the ocean and as years passed the legs corroded, rust. The new stationary one has bigger legs and I think it will do better with the salt air! Made specifically for the grill that I bought. It works as one unit when fully assembled. The one point for improvement would be to put pegs or hooks on the stand to hang grill utensils. I will install them myself, so no big deal.
