The XS is perfect for my small hands. I can feel what I'm doing, and have nimble, protected fingers. Until....one month in of putting up rough sawn hemlock on our new barn - they have been torn to shreds. The seams along the fingers are a weak point. Disappointed. Bought another pair this year, and I'm back at work, this time clearing out the dried weeds and picking up moldy citrus in my mom's backyard. These gloves are perfect. They are also one of the only brands of work gloves I've found that fit my small hands. There's nothing like having the exact right tool for the job, and these gloves are it for me. Thankyouthankyouthankyou for making these gloves in XS. Now I don't have to risk non-consensual skin contact with venomous spiders. My hand, from the top of my middle finger to my wrist, is just over 6\" long, my middle finger is 2.5\" long, and my palm is 3\" across. The gloves are comfortable, fit well, and break in quickly. My first pair, which I used exclusively for carrying cardboard banana boxes, lasted 10 months before getting a hole in the seam of a couple fingertips. To be expected, although I'd gladly spend more for a longer lasting version. Unfortunately I worked them to the bone and will need to be replacing them, but I got them for free with a pair of pants I'd ordered, and that alone was enough to make me love them. They earned it beyond that, though; the sizing was EXCELLENT. I'm pretty small (5'0'' on a good day, 4'11'' most days) and for the most part work gloves are always just a touch too big, especially in the fit in the fingers. These gloves fit excellently. I used them to protect my hands navigating on lava flows and in basalt caves--they were not built for it, but they lasted me the whole field season and protected me from some pretty nasty scrapes more than once. I loved them for all kinds of field work, too--vegetation surveys, small mammal handling, whatever the day held, these bad boys were coming with me. Love love love.
