I use them for walking and a short jog. But I do like the support they provide I even used them for a softball tournament and they held up great. Since I am getting older I needed some cushion these shoes are not soft and squishy but have a more of a firm feel about them. I also like the arch support they provide which is great, but these shoes tend to feel that your heel is sinking in when wearing them.
