Upon taking apart the rifle after the first range trip, I noticed that the receiver was missing the cleaning holes and V-Block screw holes. This means that you cannot clean the rifle with a normal cleaning rod and are limited to a bore snake. Perhaps more importantly, the lack of the V-Block screws means that you cannot upgrade the barrel with 10/22 barrels if you choose to in the future. \n\nI contacted Bergara who told me that they made \"running changes\" and that those features are no longer offered on the rifle, even though they are still in the user manual and advertising materials. \n\nAdditionally, the accuracy of this rifle was subpar, producing groups near 2moa at 50 yards with SK and Eley ammunition.
