I have thick thighs but a small waist and it was difficult to find a harness that would truly fit me. I tried this one on and it is SO ADJUSTABLE IT'S AMAZING. I have a 24in waist and I got the XS, I have to tighten it quite a bit but there is still room to go and even the legs are adjustable so my legs have circulation. It has a large waist range, adjustable leg straps and was comfortable to sit and work in for him. The Momentum harness has changed a bit over the years. This model is a good choice because it has two waist buckles which allows you to center the belay loop/tie in regardless of your waist size. I reached out to Black Diamond to ask if they offered a recycling program to properly dispose of my old harness, but unfortunately, they don’t have one at this time. However, they kindly offered me a 30% discount toward a new harness, which I used for this purchase.\n\nThe harness is great! I bought the 'Momentum 4S Harness' not thinking much of it.
