Customer Service from Fenwich doesn't reply.","text":"Ordered this pole, first time out, caught a few small crappie and perch. Second time out hooked a 2.5 lbs catfish. As he came to the surface he dove back down and snapped the rod tip. Not sure how it happened as it wasn't a lot of force. Being a week old, I filed a warranty claim with Fenwick. I sent all the required info, the replied asking that I send all the required info again, so I did. 2 weeks past no word, emailed again. Another week passed and no response, so I called. Sent to automated VM telling me someone would call back. No call back. Been over 2 months and no response. This is not a knock on Scheel's, but on the quality of the Fenwick pole and their customer service. If they want to deny the warranty thats one thing, but they started the claim and then never responded after that.
