After I described the problem and sent photos of the sales receipt, model number and serial number I received an e-mail informing me that a new one is on the way. Right out of the box, it seemed to be working fine during calibration and the first couple of charges. Then on the third charge, it began stuttering on and off, shutting down briefly, and eventually went completely dead.\r\n\r\nFor a product that’s marketed toward precision and reliability, I expected much better. Having it fail after the very first use left me frustrated, especially since I had set aside time to reload and was relying on this unit and well it failed. Maybe down the line when the next gen comes out and they have these problems ironed out. I’ll give it another try. Unplugged, tried to turn back on and won't even light up the screen. I really hoped this was a longterm tool because it was awesome.
