ME, I had drained half a bottle already, I cover my breakfast in it and most of my supper, wife makes hot sauce chicken breasts and I add more of this to my meat. One day later and my insides are still hurting. I only ate HALF of a chicken wing. When the heat subsides in your mouth, it doesn’t stop there. You think you’re out of the woods- then it hits you again- in your gut. Bending over kind of pain. Ruined my whole night and my morning. If you like that kind of heat, then by all means, give it a shot.
