At the time of purchase, your website offered the best price available, especially with the 20% discount coupon provided, which was the main reason I chose to buy from you.\n\nHowever, after receiving the product, I found the exact same model at a lower price in another store. I contacted your company to request a refund of the price difference. Unfortunately, your representative replied only with “We do not do that,” without any explanation or attempt to offer an alternative solution.\n\nI find this approach to customer communication unprofessional and not customer-oriented. If my request had been handled positively—or at least with a clear and respectful explanation—I would have continued purchasing electronics from your store and recommending your company to others.\n\nBased on this experience, I am forced to conclude that the company is focused solely on completing sales rather than building long-term customer relationships. I called customer service, and they had me do a hard reset. It then connected, but then the next day I got the same \"jbl boombox 3 can't communicate\" error. I called and they said they would do a factory warranty replacement. I was told they would send me a new one with a return label and instruction on how to package and return the defective speaker. I waited a week and never received an email with shipping info, so I called a 3rd time. This time I was told I had to return the speaker before they would send me a new one. I then was fed up, so I told them I didn't want a new speaker, I want a refund. I was told it would be taken care of and I would receive an email with return instructions and once I took it to a UPS store I would receive my refund. I was told the email for the return would be received in no longer than 24 hours. Here I am 2 days later, no email with a return label has been received. I have been a die hard jbl fan for 20+ years. We're talking car speakers, surround sounds, and portables and ear buds/headphones. After this ridiculous nonsense they call customer service I will never purchase another jbl product. Congratulations jbl, Bose is going to make even more money now because they have my business and not you. He only charges it maybe once every two weeks.
