When I opened the package I immediately noticed that the hat that was delivered did not have the same decals as the hat I ordered. I called customer service spoke to a very nice young lady who immediately sent me a return packing slip and told me that she would have a new hat sent out immediately. I shipped the hat back and received the correct hat in 2 days, I was very happy because the hat arrived in time for my vacation. From the time I ordered the original hat to the time I received the 2nd hat was less than a week, I was so afraid that the hat would be delivered after I left on vacation and would have to sit outside for a week, but thanks to Scheels quick response, that didn't happen. The most impressive part of all this was that I never told the young lady of my upcoming vacation plans.
