After testing this with a 100% Ruger receiver/trigger/barrel setup, my takeaway is that this chassis is actually pretty solid. I put about 600 rounds through it in a single outing and stripped it down for cleaning when I got home. There were no distortions, melting, flaking, discolorations, or anything.
