I have already had the original pair replaced within a couple months of purchase. Now it has only been a couple months since receiving the replacements and only been worn for just about 3 weeks and they are coming apart in the same place. I have had these before (4 pair) and have put each pair through the test and they have passed each time. \nI usually put the energy max insoles in that gives them a bit more cushion. The heels are a one inch which helps with my knees and back. If you want a pair of boots that will carry you through the day try a pair of the Groundbreaker.
