They are a least a whole size bigger than what you would expect. Carhart sizing generally gives a guy room to move. This one however has gone to far. I'm 6'2\" and 250lbs and generally struggle with sleeve length being too short. This shirt will almost go around me twice and the sleeves (unbuttoned) are almost to my finger tips.
