Otherwise shirt is a home run. Size up one if you want it a bit loose-fitting for hot weather. I'm normally a L but based on reviews I ordered XL. Glad I did. Good fit. Not binding and stays tucked in but not too long to leave untucked either. L would probably be a trimmer fit, but especially with synthetics that don't flex or \"give\" like natural fibers, a little extra room is more comfortable and cooler at work. Wore this on a hot, humid day in 90s and it kept me as comfortable as possible. Seems durable/tough and dries super fast. Can easily had wash, hang to dry and it's good to go next morning.
