It should have a lower warmth rating for the lining it has. The material on the outside is very very good and strong. Sleeves don't ride up the arm when reaching. The length is good doesn't leave the lower back exposed when crouching. The hood covers enough but not too much where it gets in the way. Not a light or heavy jacket. A good cold weather jacket.. A hat, gloves and a layer this should handle the very cold weather enough if you're moving around.
