This is the first time I've tried one of these long-sleeve fitness shirts. I usually just stuck with a cotton T-shirts on my walks.\n\nThere are several things I like about this shirt. It's thin and lightweight, but it helps keep me warm as days have turned cooler in Seattle recently (high 40's-50's F most days). I've also worn it on milder days (e.g. mid-higher 60's F, I neither was left cold on the cooler days, nor got too hot on the warmer ones.\n\nAlso, as days have shortened, I really liked AND appreciate the reflective elements of the shirt, both in its logos and weaved into the body threads.
