The thing that stood out to me was the customer support. I ordered a container of it and it showed up clumpy. I messaged customer service to see why that is. They explained they tried a new ingredient in it and the ingredient caused it to clump and they fixed it now. 30 minutes later the lady at customer support had a new order placed for me.
