I emailed the company for months with no response inquiring about why the color I received was totally different than advertised. I included pictures and received a generic email saying that is the color. Clearly my email was not even being read as it was detailed. Again I emailed and did not hear back for about 1 1/2 months. I finally received an answer stating, \"this is to inform you there has been an update in the pattern.\" So why is this pattern being advertised and a different color product being shipped? EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I am now outside of the return window and stuck with a product I don't intend on using. I do appreciate the overall concept of this design, but because the hub design is so fragile, I won’t be buying any more. I've only had it out in the field about 4 times, for turkey and deer and two of the stake down loops have come apart. Adding to that one of the rods has now poked through the bottom which doesn't allow for the panel to pop out properly. I have to play with it in order for the bottom of the rod to find a solid piece of fabric in order for it to hold. I'm worried that a bit of wind will shift it and it will collapse again. I'm going to have to find a way to reinforce those bottom parts and repair the stake loops somehow. But other than that so far it's been a great blind. My 6'2 husband and I both fit in it for turkey season with shotguns. A little more cramped for archery, especially for him. I did harvest my tom with a bow last season hunting solo. No problem drawing my bow, plenty of room. Setting it up was not too hard. Folding it after hunting season was hard for me. One of the 4-pole connections broke in the cold air. Between my inexperience and cold making it brittle, it simply broke.
