The heating element burned out. They sent a replacement unit after I cut the cord on mine so it could not be used any longer. I paid $17 to have the air fryer shipped and the delivery company delivered it to the wrong address. When I contacted Ninja they told me to contact the delivery company because once it leaves their facility they are no longer responsible. I contacted the shipper and they said to contact the seller. I have since tried to place two warranty claims, and they have both been rejected by Ninja. I have purchased several Ninja products but I will steer clear of this brand in the future for their lack of customer support.
