It's nice and tall, has plenty of sections for organization without getting bulky, and the waterbottle-holding sides are actually deep enough to keep the waterbottle nice and snug. I use this for work, and I get tons of compliments on the style! (I chose the green, pink, orange, and striped backpack.) My favorite part is the laptop section, which is helpful come time to whip everything out for TSA. Over all the bag works for what i need. I travel for work so i was looking for a bag that would handle the heavy work load. It has pleanty of storage space for all my needs. I only have 2 problems with this bag. 1: The handle at the top of the bag needs to be on the bag between the shoulder straps. That way if you hang it on a hook it won't sag and not allow acess to the center pocket. 2: the sewning for the zippers started the come undone. this left a big hole and the zipper would not work past the area that was affected. I also lost one of the zipper heads off of the 2nd pocket (pouch). I just used it for a weekend trip, and was able to pack a pair of ankle boots, dress slacks and a wool blazer, in addition to change of top, underwear, pjs and toiletries. My major concern was being able to pack and wear without having to iron before wearing. Worked like a charm. Made me make better decisions AND afforded plenty of useful space. This was cold weather clothing so more bulky than summer clothes. \nThe 25L fits my back length well. Love the padded straps. Very comfortable. Somehow this order was duplicated, I was charged twice, and two huge packages arrived. I called Ogio numerous times and they never answered, nor called me back.
