First try with my new Ooni Volt 12 and the pizza was fantastic and fast. I also used their calculator so I could tweak to the number of pizzas I wanted for the day. This particular oven is on the heavier and larger size, probably because of its electronics, so make sure you have the space and/or are comfortable carrying it when needed.
