{"reviews":[{"id":836059,"locale":"en_US","rating":2,"title":"This doesn't look good!This is the1st of 2 reviews","text":"I bought 2 bark control collars...they are both different, but both are the lemon spray, corrective bark collars...I heard from a friend that his worked well for the 3 weeks he used it for..so I took a chance and bought 2,for my 2,out of control barkers. I figured why not? If it works, that's great, more than great, it'll be AMAZING!!!,A GIFT FROM ABOVE for my neighbors too I'm sure...lol, if not, I wasted a couple hundred dollars...time will tell....first off, as I've been reading here, online, I've also had the battery issues, with both of them...another issue is that the battery cover, didn't fit well from the beginning, so even after taping it, it wouldn't stay on for very long, maybe a day or two longer, but far from permanent.......Second, the battery does not have a sufficient lifetime while being used in these products.....Other then that, the product works great ,for as long as it does work..... unfortunately between the battery life and the unsecure battery cover, I cannot give it a higher, or, better rating...BUT, be assured, I WILL follow up, regardless, if Pet Safe can offer some sufficient answers to help me with the issues I've had while using their products, or not'...but I feel they are a fair and honest company, so, I'm looking forward to hearing from them, and making another post, regarding their reply....The main reason is the fact that ,like most people, I don't have any disposable income, at all, so I try to make sure every dollar I spend,counts, as I'm sure everyone reading this post does too...these products are not cheap items, so I'm just trying to offer my opinion on a product that alot of people may need, but cannot afford to buy twice....AKA the WRONG product, and need to buy a different one,..I hope this is a help to you.!!!\r\nEnjoy your July..and,I'll talk to you again soon!! Surely there are better batteries to offer your consumers of the Pet safe collars product. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
