The knife does what I want it to, though there are some issues I feel SOG should really address. Before I go down that road I want to stress that the blade is well made and I enjoy the overall feel of the knife. The handle is thin but surprisingly comfortable. The Cryo D2 seems to have decent edge retention. The first issue is that the blade was rather dull out of the box. I was able to sharpen it up, but it needed quite a bit of work. Once I got the blade sharpened up it has performed quite well. The action is passable, though I would personally prefer the action have a bit more snap. The safety design works and doesn't get in the way of one hand operation. I'd give the knife itself a 4 out of 5 rating. If you don't mind sharpening your blade out of the box you'll have a trusty automatic knife for daily use.\r\n\r\nOne last note: The pocket clip is complete crap. Within a week of normal use I found the clip couldn't hold the knife securely in the pocket, and I've dropped this knife far too many times because of it. If someone from SOG sees this review PLEASE look into alternative clip designs!
