I emailed St Croix on 6/3 to let them know. Gave them all the needed info. Got an immediate auto generated-we got your email. Our team is working on it-reply. Yesterday, 7 days later no response so I called and after 63 minutes of being on hold I followed their instructipn and pressed \"1\" to hold my spot in line for a call back. I did get a call back and the employee looked up my order number and said that he would take it from there and contact UPS.
