My grill is fully exposed to the elements in St. Louis - brutal summer heat/sun, freezing winters, rain, snow, etc. It has physically held up quite well given the abuse from the weather and done a great job of protecting my grill. However, it is extremely tight making it quite difficult to remove or replace, especially when it's cold. At that point, it becomes stiff as a board.
