Recently, my wife found an 18\" Weber kettle on sale and brought it home to surprise me. Using some lump charcoal I began experimenting with chicken, steaks, and recently as a side choice for Thanksgiving, some country style ribs. What a difference! And the flavor is over-the-top delicious! The trade off in immediate convenience for flavor is well worth it in our opinion! The ribs were the choice vs the turkey this Thanksgiving. I'm planning on trying a crown pork roast on the Weber for Christmas dinner. Very pleased with the results. Would buy again.
