The part I bought was not accurate and the wires were short, requiring me to splice the new igniter to my old wires. Weber’s service department was extremely responsive and couldn’t have worked harder to solve my problem. The have registered my “geriatric” grill (which still works great) so I will be sure to get correct part if needed going forward. They went above and beyond.
