Just the right size and they have a flat top you can purchase as well, with a surface size of 17”. So a little smaller than our other flat top grill, which is a 22” grilling surface. This propane fueled grill replaces a Weber electric where the electric controller died after 4 seasons. The gas version has improved the taste of grilled meats and provides more charcoal like flavor. My only complaint is that 16 ounce propane canisters are too large to attach to the grill directly. This is contrary to Weber advertising and instructions.
