Had to send it back. 280 with tax later. Got my bow back. Still not satisfied with the decocking it does not all ways work and have do it numerous times. When I received the bow no one answered the chat and no one answered the phone. The guide book is about every bow they produce. Not very helpful. I will try to call the again on Monday 11/10. I bought the bow in late September. Just got it back. Customer service opportunities.","text":"Great crossbow for this price point! Accurate, and I love the illuminated scope. Acudraw was the biggest selling point for me. De-cocking option should be a standard option IMO. String serving became frayed after about 20 shots. After being on hold waiting for a customer service representative for over 30 minutes, I just ordered a serving tool and serving on line and repaired it myself. This is the reason only giving 4 stars.
