These have the oddest fit from them. I bought a size 9, sizing up a ½ size from my usual fit. They were way too narrow on the right foot and squished my high instep. A rare miss from you guy for me. Since my mom bought them for my birthday I am unable to exchange for a style that would be more appropriate. I purchased a full size larger than I normally wear to that I could wear thick wool socks…and I was glad that I did. But I didn't, and now I have broken them in and they are quite comfortable! The right one still gives me a bit of a blister after a mile, but that's true with most shoes for me. These boots were really difficult to get on, painfully squished the top and sides of my feet, and had about an inch of extra space past my toes. I don't have wide feet, so these boots just seem to be a very niche fit. The boots looked beautiful though and were a good quality that will probably break in well.
