We both have the Stretch Voyagr raincoats and absolutely love them! The women's insulated version is a FANTASTIC jacket, BUT the deal breaker was the zipper. The regular raincoat version has a double zipper, the insulated version only a single up/down zipper. My wife is shorter (5') and the length of the insulated version makes it impossible to get in/out of the car with the thing zipped. Why, why, why, Kuhl would you not put a double zipper on the insulated parka? Yes, it has gusseted side zippers at the hem but that's just not enough. I don't see a comment in the description or illustration in the photos that the insulated version only has a single zipper (contrasting with an obvious photo with both the regular rain jacket and trench versions). The video gives you the impression there may be a double zipper as the model walks and the bottom flies open just a bit. I live in Southeast Alaska (temperate rainforest) and spend a lot of time outdoors. This is the jacket I reach for most - it’s a perfect blend of function and style. I find all the Kühl products are great; well made, thoughtful features, like well place pockets, and the price is reasonable . This coat is no exception. I like the magnetic closure on the front. Gone are the over snaps or buttons. The zipper is easy to maneuver and I have no problems with aligning the two sides to zip up. I love the zipper pockets under the material flap as they are a little hidden. The adjustable wrists are a plus for cold weather. The lining is soft and warm along with sheds the rain. I was able to fold it to pack in the outside pocket of my carryon for the unpredictable weather in EU in spring. It was perfect. I could still layer underneath for cold mornings. I also like it is long enough to keep my bum warm and dry. I normally wear a large. I ordered an XL so I could layer. As the coat is a bit stretchy, I found the XL not needed and returned it for a L.
