Length wise true to size. \nHowever, I got the wide width for the toe box and they are WAY too narrow for the ball width- almost feels narrower than regular width and the poor toes are basically smashed on top of each other. I’m trying to stretch them out more with the sock-n-hairdryer trick but there’s only so much that can do. I was told to fill out the Defective Product Return Form and ship my boots to Sam Edelman and that I should hear back in a month and be mailed a check for the price of the boot + the shipping costs. I did this in November (also submitted a stack of screenshots with all the reviews where customers had similar issues) and called in January after not receiving any communication or a check and they said there is no way to contact their team and 5 months later I still have not heard anything.
