I wore a long down puffer coat replaced by the Metropolis for 20 years, buying a smaller size after weight loss. It had sturdy snaps and a zipper. Why did you replace the snaps with cheap Velcro, at this price point? The Velcro secures even when you don't need it to, preventing easy access to the zipper. It snags sweaters and wool gloves, destroying them. Your coats are less durable and worthless.
