I don't know what kind of UGG you sold me I bought them through the company To make sure I was getting the original UGG I had them back in the 90s and they were fantastic I mucked my horse stalls with them on never had any wear or tear. They lasted forever and I don't even remember what happened to them It's been so long. They completely stretched out the width. I work in customer service and I can honestly say they have very poor customer service. I never get put through a manager when I ask the reps say I am not going to hear anything different. They had me put a claim through UPS and still no resolution. As much as I love Uggs but after almost a month now with the back and forth I will no longer make any future purchases. Buyer beware! I would give zero stars if I could. You are forced to say how item fits even if you do not have the item in order to give a review. It lasted 3-4 years of daily use around the house, yard etc. I loved it so much I bought another pair a year ago. Got my usual size 9 but my feet were slipping out of them as I walked. Returned them for a size 8 and it did the same thing! I knew the size 7s would be too short for my foot and that it would hang out of the slipper so I stuck with the size 8s because I was too lazy to return them. My feet still keep slipping out as I walk because the top of the shoes are just too wide and there's no grip on your feet for them to stay in place while walking. If I wear them too long my feet and ankles hurt because of this issue. The inner sole wears out quick too. The first pair I had lasted a few years. But these ones are only a year old and they're falling apart. A trick is yoga socks they don't slip on the sheepskin and keep your feet nice and clean. Yes the sheepskin wears out on the heel but that's the price of perfection, and depends on the amount your feet perspire. The Coquette is a solid, non flimsy, not too high, not too low, cozy, addictive slipper and more. I addicted my grand mother. She needed the stability, she keep about 4 pair in different colors, because they are now her go-to. You will live in them.
