Despite the size, it isn't even heavy to pick up when filled, like I feared it would be. My water always stays nice and chilly and the larger straw encouraged more to be had every sip. The best part is that it's dishwasher safe (though I always handwash the straw). \nMy only complaint is that the color has gotten water marks/stains on it over the last few weeks I've owned it. Probably due to its time in the dishwasher. But a little color splotching never hurt anyone. I guess I'll have to find some cute stickers to cover them up if there's any dishwasher safe. \nAll in all, a great investment for oneself or gift for a loved one. I bought I pink one for my sister of the same style and she LOVES hers
