HOW TO MEASURE

**CHEST: **With arms straight at sides, measure around the fullest part of the chest, over the shoulder blades and right under your armpits.

**WAIST: **Run a tape measure around your waist, level with your navel. Place one finger between your waist and tape measure to ensure a comfortable fit.

UNSURE OF SIZE?

A smaller size is best if you wear slimmer, more tailored shirts or pants. If you prefer a looser fit, size up.
