In 1981, SCHEELS first opened its doors in Sioux City before relocating to Southern Hills Mall in 2003. By 2008, the store expanded to a 94,000-square-foot shopping and entertainment destination, featuring a 55-foot maple tree from NatureMaker of California as the centerpiece. Today, Sioux City SCHEELS offers world-class sporting goods, fashion, and footwear under one roof, creating a unique experience for the whole family.
