I initially bought it to use at the racetrack, as my race car fits perfectly beneath the generous coverage, which can be lowered at night and secured to the car’s wheels with bungees. The design was changed around 2019. The top fits the frame better, the corner “wings” slide into position better than before and the guy lines can more easily be removed versus the previous model. The peak vent works great at preventing pressure to build up and send the canopy airborne. It has been covering our patio from May to September for the last few years with no issues. I use 30# bungeed to each corner to keep it in place and it has weathered many strong storms. All I need now is to order new fabric, as it tends to stretch and become loose after months outside. Not buying one of these again. I've been looking everywhere for this 26.5 inch pole. No where to be found, and from looking, I'm not the only one who has experienced this, and the response from coleman is that this part is not available for replacement. Sheesh, for this to be close to 300 bucks, this is terrible quality. Should have went with another brand. We use it about 3 or 4 days a year, though the first couple years we used it a few dozen. I may have got it at target or some other big store through the web. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. The first few years I would have given the product a 5 star review but as it has aged it hasn't held up particularly well. I've replaced two metal pieces and stitched a corner back together after my teenagers tore out a corner setting it up incorrectly. Now all the velcro attachments are coming apart.
