My wife who is a size 6 can handle it easily and we both like the double action trigger as the length and strength of pull is very acceptable. We are used to DA/SA firearms and this Beretta, with it's rotating barrel design, is very accurate and consistent point of impact even with the simple iron sights. Reaching the decocker on the slide is possible for me with above average large hands, but smaller hand individuals may need to shift grip slightly to engage the slide mounted decocker.
