Watch local and regional competitors smoke pork, ribs, chicken and brisket. Which one will take home the title of GRAND CHAMPION?</p>\n\n<p><strong>Saturday, September 28th. 11AM to 3PM. BBQ Championship.</strong></p>\n\n<p>Join us Saturday, September 28th from 11AM-3PM to cheer on competitors, all chasing the Grand Champion title of North Dakota's top barbecue team.</p>\n\n<p>Samples from some of the best grill masters around from 11am-3pm. There will be experts on hand to answer any grilling questions you have! Stop by for the sights and smells of the hottest BBQ event around!</p>\n\n<p>People's Choice is chosen by YOU! Purchase a plate of pulled pork with a sample from each team and vote for your favorite. Each plate will be a suggested donation of $5 with all proceeds going to the United Way of Cass/ Clay. THANK YOU.</h3>\n\n<p>Are you ready for the biggest BBQ contest of the year?</p>\n\n<p>Register your team by August 1st, 2024. Registration fee is $300 per team. Refunds will not be given if you cancel after August 1st, 2024.</p>\n\n<h3> </h3>\n\n<h3><u>COMPETITION INFORMATION:</u></h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>You must compete in all 4 categories to be eligible for Grand Champion and Reserve Champion.</li>\n\t<li>You must adhere to all KCBS rules for Master Series competition.</li>\n\t<li>There is a mandatory meeting for head cooks during setup on Friday, September 27th at 6:00pm.</li>\n\t<li>Each team will be required to fill out a W9 form before competition in the event of any winnings. This will be completed at or before the mandatory head cooks meeting.</li>\n\t<li>Electricity is an additional $50 per team. It is available on a limited basis. If you have your own generator, use of it is encouraged.</li>\n\t<li>Registration is due by August 1st, 2024.
